In this role, you will apply your subject-matter expertise to design and deliver scalable learning programs that strengthen field product knowledge, clinical acumen, sales effectiveness, strategic account management, and data-driven decision-making. You will partner closely with Canadian business leaders, HR, Talent Management & Learning, Business Operations, and regional stakeholders to translate business priorities into practical development solutions that enable strong commercial performance. This in an 18-month fixed term contract.

How you will make an impact:

  • Lead the development and delivery of soft skills, selling skills, and account management training programs that support adoption of the Structural Heart Disease commercial strategy across Canada.

  • Partner with business leaders to embed Strategic Account Management principles and strategic selling capabilities that strengthen long-term customer partnerships, value-based engagement, and enterprise growth.

  • Drive training and change management initiatives that accelerate Salesforce.com adoption, strengthen data-driven decision-making, and enhance overall commercial excellence.

  • Plan, coordinate, execute, and continuously improve targeted development programs, including roll-out strategy, facilitation, effectiveness measurement, and course enhancement opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Canadian HR Business Leaders, Talent Management & Learning partners, Business Operations, and regional stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and align learning solutions to strategic goals.

  • Design and develop leadership, management, commercial, clinical, and technical training programs and tools based on business needs and performance indicators.

  • Provide project management leadership for key Structural Heart Disease strategic initiatives, ensuring effective planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and achievement of critical business objectives.

  • Promote strong sponsorship and ownership of learning and development programs among leaders and managers to build sustainable capabilities and maximize program impact.

  • Perform other incidental duties as required.

What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Management, Organization Development, or a related field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or master’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of related HR experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR leadership, learning and development, commercial excellence, or relevant consulting experience preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of people management experience preferred.

  • Experience implementing and managing learning and development programs, policies, processes, and procedures in a complex business environment.

  • Experience working with HR technologies and Microsoft tools and applications.

  • Strong planning, prioritization, and project management skills, with the ability to pivot as business needs evolve.

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families. 

For Canada, the base pay range for this position is 104 000 $  - 147 000 $ (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
