TouchBistro is seeking an ambitious, results-driven Manager, Inbound Sales to lead a dynamic team of Inside Account Executives. This strategic leadership role is an exciting opportunity to drive growth and expansion within the restaurant and hospitality sector across North America. You’ll play a critical role in shaping and executing our sales strategy, coaching your team to consistently exceed revenue targets while working closely with senior leadership to achieve corporate goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead with Impact: Take charge of client and prospect meetings, guiding your team to success and ensuring every interaction is aligned with TouchBistro’s mission and sales goals
  • Develop and Mentor: Build, grow, and nurture a high-performing sales team by recruiting, hiring, and training new Account Executives. Provide ongoing coaching and support to help them achieve their targets and unlock their full potential
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Drive the sales strategy by conducting weekly forecasting meetings, helping your team build their pipeline, and implementing best practices to close deals effectively
  • Track and Report: Maintain a keen eye on sales activity, performance, and forecasts, providing detailed reports to senior management to ensure transparency and informed decision-making
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with broader organizational objectives and ensure seamless execution of sales plans

What You Bring:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of software sales experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role, demonstrating a track record of success in high-volume, transactional sales environments
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Restaurant and POS space is a plus, helping you better understand the unique challenges and opportunities within this industry
  • Leadership Excellence: You are a natural leader who thrives in mentoring and coaching, with the ability to inspire your team and ensure they have the tools to succeed. You have a knack for identifying top talent and building cohesive teams
  • Organizational Skills: You excel at prioritizing tasks and managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Communication: Your ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, both in presentations and one-on-one interactions, ensures you are a strong advocate for your team and the business
  • Academic Credentials: A related Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Travel Flexibility: Occasional travel may be required to meet with clients, prospects, or attend company events
