As an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementations of our software solutions for clients. You will lead a team of implementation specialists, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation for your team’s accounts while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. In addition, you will implement new processes with the objective to scale MaintainX’s Professional Services.


What you’ll do:

  • Oversee and remain accountable for the full implementation process for clients, from start to post-support.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely, within-scope delivery.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of implementation specialists, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Assign tasks, set priorities, and track project progress.
  • Partner with sales for smooth client transition to implementation and support.
  • Collaborate with the product team to refine software based on client feedback.
  • Maintain quality and accuracy of software configurations; resolve challenges proactively.
  • Continuously improve the implementation process by incorporating industry best practices.


About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in software implementation, a focus on the SMB or Mid-Market segment is a plus.
  • Proven experience leading teams.
  • Previous experience in an engineering environment (manufacturing and industrial space is a plus).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think strategically while also being detail-oriented.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms used for project management, communication, and documentation.
