Job Description:
We’re looking for a Manager of HR Express that is accountable for the operations of TJX Canada’s HR service and processing centre. This role develops the HR Service Center strategy in order to meet the HR business needs of TJX Canada by providing strategic direction, business analysis, project leadership, process design and overall shared services daily operational support. This role is also accountable for oversight of a team that provides tier 0 and 1 HR support to Associates across Canada.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute the HR Express service and operating strategy, aligning people, processes, and technology to support TJX Canada’s HR Operations strategy, evolving business needs, and shared services roadmap.
- Lead, coach, and develop the HR Express team, driving performance, capability growth, and readiness for progression into HR Advisor roles
- Translate enterprise HR and business strategy into scalable HR Express service models, priorities, and performance measures that enhance associate experience, operational efficiency, and risk management.
- Position HR Express as the primary point of contact by consistently delivering accurate, timely, and high‑quality “one and done” service experiences.
- Lead the continuous evolution of the HR Express model, anticipating future business and associate needs through data, technology optimization, and service design improvements.
- Drive service excellence by monitoring quality and accuracy through call reviews, performance insights, and focused coaching interventions.
- . Leverage HR Express service and HR performance data to inform strategic insights, trends, and recommendations for senior leadership decision‑making.
- Partner with HR, and global teams to enhance HR programs, reporting, and Oracle system capabilities
- Ensure compliance with privacy, audit, and legislative requirements, maintaining strong governance and risk management practices
About You:
- 7 or more years of progressive HR experience, including leadership in an HR Operations role.
- Post‑secondary degree with CHRP and/or CEBS completed or in progress
- Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, payroll, claims, and retirement programs within complex, multi‑plan organizations
- Strong command of provincial employment legislation and collective agreement administration
- Proven people leader who coaches, develops, and holds teams accountable for results
- Data‑driven and decisive, with strong analytical, financial, communication, and HR systems capabilities
