About the Role:
As the Manager, Fulfillment, you will oversee and optimize fulfillment operations across multiple remote warehouse locations in partnership with our 3rd-party logistics (3PL) providers. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of warehouse activities, fulfillment processes, and outbound logistics to meet customer expectations and business objectives.
You will lead a team focused on operational excellence, drive continuous improvements in efficiency, and maintain strong relationships with 3PL partners. This position requires strategic oversight, data-driven decision-making, and effective cross-functional collaboration to enhance fulfillment performance. Periodic travel to warehouse locations for meetings, audits, and performance reviews is required.
What You'll Do:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary escalation point for 3PL service performance, ensuring service levels meet business and customer expectations.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customer service, sales, and operations teams, to align fulfillment strategies with customer requirements.
- Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience by identifying and implementing tailored fulfillment solutions.
Collaboration with 3PL Provider:
- Provide strategic oversight of 3PL operations to ensure seamless execution of warehouse and fulfillment activities.
- Monitor and enforce performance metrics (KPIs), including order accuracy, on-time shipments, and warehouse efficiency.
- Identify and address service gaps, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement with 3PL partners.
Inventory and Order Management:
- Oversee order fulfillment processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and cost efficiency across all warehouse locations.
- Collaborate with Inventory Specialists to ensure proper inventory controls, stock replenishment strategies, and minimal discrepancies.
- Partner with 3PL providers to implement best practices for demand planning, stock optimization, and efficient order processing.
Logistics Coordination:
- Optimize transportation and outbound logistics processes in collaboration with freight and logistics teams.
- Ensure cost-effective shipping solutions while maintaining service reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with transportation providers to meet service requirements and operational goals.
Communication and Reporting:
- Maintain proactive and transparent communication with internal stakeholders and 3PL providers regarding fulfillment performance and operational updates.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators, warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, and customer service levels.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with 3PL partners to assess performance and drive improvements.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse management with a focus on 3PL operations.
- Familiarity with 3PL systems and technologies.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Communication Skills- Strong communication skills in order to collaborate with different swimlanes, and conduct business with manufacturers and 3PL
- Organizational Skills- Be able to perform several tasks at one time, keep detailed records, and manage several projects in a fast- paced environment
- Problem-solving Skills- Must handle unforeseen issues,
- Analytic Skills- Collect and analyze information, problem solve with data and make decisions.
- Minimum 3-5 years of related experience on Supply Chain or Logistics in a consumer products
- Very strong Excel Skills required
- Experience working in an ERP (Netsuite/Coupa)
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in the logistics and warehouse industry.

Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units. The base compensation range for this role is:
$94,000—$143,000 USD
