Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee end-to-end project management, including planning, timelines, deliverables, risk mitigation, and reporting
• Build client relationships through strong communication and delivery, including briefings, presentations, and status updates
• Manage and lead high-performing project teams in a collaborative environment
• Provide day-to-day direction, coaching and mentoring project teams. You will also be responsible for career management, professional development, and supporting employees through Optimus SBR’s Career Development Program (CDP)
• Oversee the development of solutions and lead change initiatives, including process mapping and SOP design
• Execute enterprise-level projects across domains such as Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Wealth, and Pricing
• Deliver digitization and transformation projects across multinational financial institutions
• Participate in business development activities, including proposal development, RFP responses, and identifying opportunities for client growth
• Contribute to the life and culture of Optimus SBR
Qualifications
• 7–10 years of relevant work experience, including leadership of complex projects
• Experience in banking and financial services is required
• Strong project management, facilitation, and leadership skills with demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide transformation
• Prior consulting experience and business development exposure are strong assets
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, coach, and influence teams and stakeholders, including C-suite executives
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
• Results-driven and solution-oriented, with strong analytical thinking
Required Education: Related University Degree
Preferred Education: Post-Graduate degree (e.g., MBA, MPA or MPP), PMP, CPA, or additional professional designation (e.g., Lean, or PROSCI)
Compensation:
$110,00-135,000 annually (subject to negotiation and subject to the candidate meeting the specific skills, experience, education, and qualification requirements)
