Job Details

The Manager of Enterprise Marketing & AI Enablement leads the development, optimization, and execution of AnewHealth’s enterprise marketing automation, engagement, and enablement infrastructure. This role sits within Marketing and is responsible for building scalable systems, workflows, resources, and campaign processes that strengthen brand engagement, accelerate growth, and improve cross-functional alignment across Sales, Partnerships, Client Success, Operations, and other enterprise stakeholders.

This role oversees CRM-driven marketing workflows, AI-enabled content and engagement processes, lifecycle campaigns, sales and partner enablement resources, web and digital experience strategy, and performance reporting. The Manager will help operationalize modern marketing practices by using automation, analytics, segmentation, and emerging AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, personalization, consistency, and measurable business impact.

In addition, this role provides strategic direction for integrated digital and social media activity, ensuring that day-to-day execution supports broader enterprise marketing priorities, campaign objectives, thought leadership, partner engagement, and sales enablement needs.

Responsibilities

 

Enterprise Marketing Automation & CRM Strategy

  • Lead the configuration, optimization, and use of marketing software (HubSpot, Salesforce, and related marketing automation tools) to support scalable, measurable marketing workflows.

  • Build, manage, and optimize automated campaigns, including nurture flows, drip programs, audience journeys, outbound sequences, Account Based Marketing initiatives, and lifecycle-based engagement programs.

  • Define, document, and maintain lifecycle stages, lead scoring criteria, segmentation logic, contact governance, routing rules, and funnel processes to support campaign effectiveness and sales velocity.

  • Partner with Sales Operations and leadership to improve CRM data quality, list hygiene, attribution visibility, and alignment between marketing activity and pipeline progression.

  • Ensure marketing automation practices comply with communication standards, privacy expectations, and applicable regulatory requirements.

AI-Enabled Marketing Operations & Workflow Enablement

  • Identify, test, and operationalize AI-enabled tools and processes that improve marketing efficiency, content development, personalization, campaign execution, reporting, and resource management.

  • Develop repeatable workflows, templates, prompts, governance practices, and quality standards for AI-supported marketing activities.

  • Support use of AI across marketing initiatives, ensuring outputs align with AnewHealth’s brand standards, compliance expectations, audience needs, and business objectives.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to translate recurring marketing, sales, partner, and enterprise needs into scalable AI-enabled tools, resources, and processes.

  • Monitor emerging marketing technology and AI capabilities, recommending practical applications that improve productivity, engagement, and enterprise readiness.

Sales, Partner & Enterprise Enablement

  • Develop and manage marketing resources that support Growth, Partnerships, Account Management, and other enterprise teams, including presentations, one-pagers, campaign toolkits, partner materials, messaging guides, FAQs, resource libraries, and launch support assets.

  • Create scalable enablement materials that help internal and external stakeholders communicate AnewHealth’s value proposition clearly, consistently, and effectively.

  • Partner with Sales and Partnership leaders to support outbound engagement, client development, partner activation, and market education initiatives.

  • Maintain organized, current, and accessible marketing resource libraries that improve team efficiency and reduce duplication of effort.

  • Support enterprise initiatives, product launches, relaunches, conferences, trade shows, client engagements, and strategic campaigns with coordinated marketing and enablement resources.

Digital Experience, Web & Performance Intelligence

  • Support AnewHealth’s web and digital roadmap, content updates, user experience, conversion paths, and digital performance in partnership with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

  • Lead SEO, GEO, SEM, paid search, and digital optimization efforts to improve discoverability, audience engagement, and conversion across B2B and consumer-facing priorities.

  • Analyze website analytics, search performance, user behavior, campaign performance, and funnel insights to inform marketing strategy and content planning.

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and performance summaries that translate marketing activity into clear, actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional partners.

  • Recommend improvements to digital experience, campaign architecture, content strategy, and audience targeting based on data and observed performance trends.

Education

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, analytics, or a related field.

  • Preferred: Certifications in Salesforce, HubSpot, ABM platforms, Google Ads, or analytics tools.

Experience

  • Required: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, marketing automation, or CRM-driven campaign management.

  • Marketing experience in healthcare or health-tech a plus.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong proficiency with marketing automation systems, CRM workflows, digital analytics, and lifecycle marketing models.

  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO, GEO, SEM, paid search, and website optimization.

  • Proficiency with content management solution (CMS) platforms (e.g., WordPress) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Ability to manage team members, external vendors, or agency partners.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project-management skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly.

  • Innovative, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Physical/Mental Demands: This position will present physical demands requisite to a position requiring: hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to commute to multiple site locations within assigned territory. May be necessary to work extended hours as needed.

 

Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position with an expectation to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside of normal business hours to meet customer expectations on an ad-hoc basis. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.

Travel: Travel may be required for implementations, relaunches, department team meetings, special department events, trade shows, conferences, and other client engagements.
