ABOUT THE TEAM
The Strategic Communications and Global Government Affairs (SCGGA) team leads and manages internal and external communications and the government relations approach for PSP Investments, working closely with key internal and external stakeholders. Our main objectives are to share who we are through our values, vision, activities and successes and also to keep our employees informed, connected, inspired, educated and entertained.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As a Manager, Digital Content, you will:

Develop and implement digital content strategies aligned with SCGGA’s Global Strategy and PSP’s business objectives, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and voice

Provide strategic advice to colleagues within the SCGGA team and other internal clients on digital content matters, recommending tailored solutions to meet specific communication objectives

Manage the integration and distribution of communication content across PSP’s and CGF’s digital external and internal channels (CNW, PSP’s Website, CGF’s Website, social media, Intranet, etc.), optimizing for SEO and user engagement

Manage SCGGA’s editorial calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content delivery that aligns with key business initiatives and events

Manage collaborations with external vendors, when necessary, to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality outcomes

Monitor, analyze and report on content performance metrics, including overall traffic and engagement rates, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance content effectiveness

Conduct regular audits of content to keep PSP’s communication channels up to date

Monitor the latest trends and best practices in terms of digital communication tools and techniques

Coach the webmaster and make sure they are on track on delivering their projects
WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, or a related field
-
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in digital content management or digital marketing, including at least two (2) years of experience in managing a team, with proven leadership and mentoring skills

Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and digital platforms (WordPress, SharePoint, social media, etc.)

Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across all digital platforms

Strong SEO skills and a good understanding of analytics tools

Proven experience in developing internal and external digital content strategies

Ability to provide strategic advice on digital trends and innovation in content development

Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities

Experience working in multidisciplinary creative teams, an asset

Experience in the financial or investment sector, an asset

Advanced degrees or certifications in digital content management, an asset

Fully bilingual with excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English. *(Frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa).
