Description

The Manager, Channels Analytics is a key role within Canadian P&BB, responsible for delivering advanced analytic solutions for Digital Channels. This unique role requires close collaboration with management and business partners to drive omni-channel strategies and effective decision making leveraging modern data architect and advanced statistical techniques.

This position will support Digital product teams with data driven insights to help shape the development of new Digital functionality. The incumbent will act as data and analytics subject matter expert for the Digital Channels portfolio combining both business and technology acumen.

Specific Accountabilities
    • Consult on analytical solutions to understand, analyze, and synthesize requirements, goals and objectives relative to data and business needs and to enable high-quality, fact-based business decisions to drive better business outcomes
    • Act as a subject matter expert for Digital Channels; collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to proactively look for business opportunities by analyzing omni-channel customers interactions within BMO and performing associated analysis
    • Experience curating data from numerous sources, building and automating Power BI visualization
    • Drive transformation by identifying key opportunities through a combination of descriptive and predictive analysis. Collaborate with business and technology partners to evolve analytic strategies for Channels
    • Apply design-thinking and agile mindset when collaborating with product owners and business stakeholders to continuously experiment, iterate and deliver on new initiatives

Qualifications
    • Advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or equivalent
    • a Minimum of 5 years extensive work experience using statistical tools including SAS, SQL, Python, etc.
    • Experience implementing data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire)
    • Practical experience applying advanced analytics and algorithms to solve business problems
    • Demonstrated ability to present analytical insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Salary:

$68,000.00 - $126,000.00

Pay Type:

Salaried

The above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.

BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
