  • Build and sustain a testing strategy, validation process, and automation-focused plan for new projects
  • Ensure regular technical code reviews are conducted for hotfixes, releases, and other deployments
  • Create technical implementation plans for defined projects, leading change management and training activities within the team
  • Support the SDLC by collaborating with Development, Release Management, and Operations teams to implement best practices across projects
  • Work with Development, Operations, and Information Risk teams to identify and address potential vulnerabilities
  • Partner with Architecture, Operations, and Service Management to design and implement efficient monitoring, logging, and alerting tools to enhance support structures
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical approaches and architectures
  • Collaborate with all teams on governance of technical patterns and processes

Compliance, Security & Resilience

  • Ensure mitigation of all audit gaps identified during annual audits
  • Assist with compliance audits and remediation of PCI and security standards, including quarterly reviews of all applications for PCI and security compliance
  • Oversee patching and hardening practices for all applications in line with LCBO policies
  • Implement disaster recovery (DR) requirements for all new and modified applications
