The Manager, Customer Relationship Technology is responsible for creating and delivering value by automating sales data and streamlining sales and marketing processes within Salesforce and HubSpot. You will analyze, design, and implement solutions that enhance workflows, improve user experience, and drive productivity. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will gather requirements, define system enhancements, and ensure that our CRM environment aligns with business goals. Your expertise will be critical in leading change management initiatives to optimize sales and marketing automation, data accuracy, and CRM adoption across the organization.

HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Manage and enhance Salesforce and Hubspot to support sales and marketing processes, ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and user adoption.

  • Design and implement automation solutions within Salesforce and Hubspot to streamline lead management, opportunity tracking, and reporting.

  • Oversee data integrity, consolidation, and governance within Salesforce and Hubspot, ensuring accurate and actionable insights for sales teams.

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather requirements, implement system enhancements, and align Salesforce with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to manage integrations between CRM systems, BI tools including Power BI, and other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow.

  • Maintain updated system documentation and HubSpot/Salesforce policies and procedures.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Manager, Customer Relationship Technology or a similar leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and best practices.

  • Proficient in Salesforce Lightning Experience and Classic.

  • Experience managing contact data connections and data integrity between Salesforce and Hubspot.

  • Experience with data management tools and techniques, including data import/export and data migration.

  • Firm understanding of how to best utilize data visualization tools with CRM systems to provide reports and analysis to stakeholders quickly.

  • Familiarity with third-party Salesforce applications and AppExchange solutions.
