What you'll be doing

As the Manager, Credit Execution, you will play a pivotal role in originating credit requests for Business Banking, Imperial Service, and Personal Banking. Reporting to the Director, Credit Execution, you will be responsible for supporting and reviewing BCLASS/ICAP credit applications, conducting lender due diligence, and assisting with strategic lending initiatives and business projects. Your contributions will drive the growth and transformation of our credit portfolio through the seamless execution of platform-based initiatives and lending transformation objectives.

How you'll succeed

  • Review and support BCLASS/ICAP credit applications- from origination to funding for Imperial Service and Personal Banking, ensuring thorough lender due diligence and adherence to risk standards across multiple business lines.

  • Deliver comprehensive analysis and reporting to inform strategic decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to business banking portfolio management and process improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Risk Management, Operations, Product, Distribution/Channel, Segment, and Finance—as well as external vendors to execute strategic programs, campaigns, and business process enhancements.

  • Support project management activities by developing and maintaining project documentation, validating deliverables, tracking progress against project plans, and contributing to the successful execution of key growth initiatives.

  • You have a degree/diploma in Post-secondary degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with strong financial analysis and accounting knowledge. CFA and/or CPA designation is an as

  • You're fluent in English. It’s an asset if you’re fluent in French
