Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Manager, Consumer Credit & Funding to join our team in Mississauga.

Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and managing day‑to‑day Consumer Credit & Funding operations to maximize vehicle sales and dealer service while minimizing NCF risk. Supports dealers to enhance financial performance and reduce contracts in transit. Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth.

A Day in the Life:

  • Plan, organize, direct and manage the department to ensure dealers receive the highest level of service; train staff on products, services, policies and procedures.

  • Ensure adjudication of consumer and commercial applications within NCF guidelines and KPI expectations.

  • Direct the Funding department ensuring contracts referred for payment are processed promptly and effectively.

  • Establish workflows, policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.

  • Review, analyze and interpret credit portfolio information to identify and resolve potential risks.

  • Monitor profit plan/budget performance; develop credit policies aligned with business goals and economic conditions.

  • Collaborate with Nissan Canada Finance departments to build strategies and resolve issues, and engage with Sales Operations, Market Representation and Finance on Retail Consumer Finance plans.

Who We’re Looking for:

Required:

  • 7–10 years of experience in Auto Financing with exposure to Consumer and Commercial Credit; strong knowledge of Canadian consumer and commercial statutes/regulations.

  • High degree of interpersonal skills including motivation, persuasion and presentation abilities.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to assess risks and identify mitigation strategies.

  • People management experience; ability to manage 4 direct reports including remote employees; ability to perform work onsite at NCI Head Office – Mississauga.

Salary Range:

$110,032.00 - $137,665.00

This compensation range represents the minimum to midpoint base salary rates at Nissan for jobs assigned to this particular grade level. Please note that an employee’s base salary may occasionally be set above the midpoint of the salary band for this grade level, in recognition of the employee’s unique skills, work experience, education, work location, or market conditions. Compensation decisions also consider internal equity and comparisons with the base salary rates of other employees with similar backgrounds working in comparable roles. Note: Bonus, benefits, and other forms of variable compensation are not included in the base-salary range shown above.
