We are seeking a Manager- Marketing - Cards Oversight to contribute to our next level of growth and expansion. Drive sustained and profitable revenue growth through the planning, development, and execution of customer engagement marketing programs. As a key member of the Marketing Planning and Delivery practice within Canadian Banking Marketing, you will lead full-funnel marketing planning and benefit-led campaigns that support the bank’s strategic objectives.

  • Location: Hybrid, Toronto (Onsite 2-3 days on site)

Job Description

  • Develop and execute engagement strategies across the credit card portfolio, including new product launches, events, upgrades, and card refreshes, ensuring seamless client experiences.
  • Support annual and quarterly marketing planning, refining objectives to align with business goals.
  • Analyze market research and data insights to inform the strategic direction of benefit-led campaigns.
  • Monitor consumer sentiment, market conditions, and competitive activity to enhance agility in marketing planning and budget allocation.
  • Partner with Customer Journey Management teams to design and implement action plans that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with business, channel, and marketing teams in a highly matrixed environment to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Support the development and deployment of creative assets across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Ensure proper usage of the brand guidelines across all marketing materials.
  • Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture that values diverse perspectives.
  • Champion the clients core values: Accountability, Passion, Integrity, and Respect.
  • Ensure compliance with operational risk, regulatory guidelines, and marketing governance standards.

Qualifications

  • Manager: 4+ years of experience in marketing strategy, customer engagement, or related fields.
  • Senior Manager: 6+ years of experience, with a proven track record of driving performance growth across multiple KPIs.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of product analytics and marketing technology stacks.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a highly collaborative approach.

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid role based in Toronto, with one day onsite per week.
  • Standard office environment with occasional non-standard hours.
  • Limited domestic travel as required.
