About You

The Opportunity

  • Define and evolve a roadmap for business intelligence (BI), including success metrics, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Build and lead a team to define datasets, metrics, and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track KPIs and drive business insights.
  • Maintain data pipelines, automate reporting, and ensure reliable delivery of dashboards and visualizations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze challenges, generate insights, and influence product and program strategies.
  • Develop and evolve frameworks for marketing measurement and analyze performance to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in data analytics, data science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years creating dashboards, visualizations, and measurement frameworks for data-driven decision-making.
  • Extensive experience with relational and dimensional datasets, data warehouses, and ETL techniques.
  • Proficiency with Looker and LookML Models for building PDTs.
  • Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect data analysis to actionable business strategies in retail or eCommerce environments.
  • Experience with marketing attribution models and campaign performance analytics.
  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping and retention strategies in the retail eCommerce space.
