About This Opportunity:


The ideal candidate will be responsible for the Outbound BDR team, focusing on Enterprise accounts. You will support the Business Development Director in performing tasks and implementing new initiatives across your region and globally. The purpose of this role is to support, continue to build and manage a team of highly adaptable, energized and productive BDRs, capable of consistently delivering a high volume of quality sales opportunities for the Docebo Sales teams. The job holder will be an assertive challenger who possesses ambitious plans to grow, innovate and achieve unprecedented levels of success.


Reports to: Sr. Director, Global Business Development


Location: Toronto, Canada (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a consistent level of proactive, outbound activity; achieve or exceed team’s monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
  • Create purpose, maintain motivation and deliver continued improvement within the Outbound BD team.
  • Coach and mentor the team, paying close attention to the finer details to ensure continuous development of individuals. 
  • Champion accountability, and install this value into each team member.
  • Leverage social selling through LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the Docebo platform and articulate our value proposition to customers.
  • Identify client business pain points and educate potential clients on how Docebo can help leverage their learning needs. 

Requirements:

  • A successful track record as a BDR within e-learning/SaaS/high growth tech.
  • Experience with effectively managing and developing a BDR team.
  • Successful track record in delivering targets.
  • Ability to create a sense of accountability within teams and individuals.
  • Proven experience defining, measuring, interpreting and presenting performance goals.
  • A detail oriented mentor and coach with the ability to identify individual learning styles within their team.
  • Ability to work well with the tech stack to help team perform effectively and efficiently.
