About the role
- Extract and consolidate data from multiple systems using SQL and other data access tools.
- Design and implement standardized data models across key business processes and financial metrics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting (primarily in Power BI) supporting both operational and financial performance.
- Translate business and FP&A needs into actionable analytics and visualizations.
- Support process improvement and integration initiatives with data analysis.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and root causes of operational and financial performance issues.
- Establish processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Monitor and improve data quality across systems and reporting outputs.
What we need from you
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or financial / operational analytics roles.
- Experience working with multiple disparate data sources (e.g., legacy systems, acquisitions, spreadsheets).
- Strong experience with SQL and backend data extraction.
- Experience building dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Experience supporting operational and financial reporting.
- Exposure to ERP / CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) preferred.
- Power BI or equivalent BI tool certification preferred
