We are now accepting applications for Entry Level Management Trainees for our recent office expansions. Be a part of an exciting, fun work environment while helping to develop the Ontario market.

We are currently seeking several entry-level trainees to come up with creative brand development, marketing trends, and other advertising as needed. You will be responsible for creating and implementing internal and external consumer communication and outreach programs. If you’re highly creative, enjoy meeting with people, love finding new angles and have an eye for detail, you are in for an exciting chance to prove yourself.

Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Entry Level Management Trainee:

  • Manage and service existing customer relationships through direct and in person contact
  • Answer all potential customers questions in a professional manner 
  • Always operate with the highest degree of urgency and care; remembering we are the face for our clients and the services they provide
  • Be a problem solver – find creative solutions to issues
  • Highlight issues and identify opportunities by utilizing the tools provided within our company

Experience and Skill Requirements of the Entry Level Management Trainee:

  • Must have tremendous organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Must demonstrate superior customer service in the office and working in the field with our potential new leads
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The successful candidate must be highly motivated, be willing to take initiative, have a positive attitude and exhibit a strong work ethic to further advance within our company
  • Must show the ability to engage and interact with individuals in a professional manner
