We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Management Consultant for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and consulting services to small business clients. You will work directly with clients to identify their business needs and develop strategies to help them achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for identifying and recommending new technologies that can enhance their operations and drive growth.
This is a hybrid role open to candidates located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The position involves a combination of remote work and on-site client visits. Candidates must be able to travel to client sites as required.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Consulting
- Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and deliver sales training programs to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with clients to develop pricing strategies and identify new sales channels.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and threats.
- Support the development of business plans and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze dashboards and financial statements to uncover areas for improvement.
- Assist clients in identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets.
- Evaluate existing technology systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend suitable technology solutions to optimize business operations.
- Develop digital and AI adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Guide implementation of automation and intelligent systems to enhance revenue performance
- Deliver training and support to clients adopting new technologies.
- Introduce AI-powered solutions—such as automation tools, intelligent reporting, and chatbots—to enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Help clients incorporate AI into their overall technology and sales strategy to drive data-informed decisions and scalable growth.
- Identify relevant government funding programs aligned with client growth initiatives
- Advise clients on funding eligibility, positioning, and program fit
- Structure growth initiatives into fundable projects with clear objectives, budgets, and milestones
- Lead and support preparation of funding applications, including strategic and financial components
- Coordinate required documentation and vendor inputs to ensure submission readiness
- Support clients through approval, compliance, and execution phases to ensure funded initiatives deliver measurable results
Client Management
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients as a strategic advisor.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and uncovering new opportunities.
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices by attending relevant events and conferences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting or a related discipline.
- Solid experience and knowledge across sales, strategy, and technology domains.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Prior experience working with small businesses is preferred.
- Multilingual skills are considered an asset.
