This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Machine Learning Specialist with strong experience in AI, machine learning, data science, and analytics to support the design and development of analytical data products and services. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to build predictive models, generate insights, and deliver data-driven solutions.

Requirements
  • Design, develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights.
  • Prepare, clean, normalize, and organize data for predictive and prescriptive modeling.
  • Build analytical reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
  • Integrate ML models into applications and workflows.
  • Gather and document business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and project teams.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on data and AI initiatives.
  • Ensure privacy, accountability, transparency, and ethical AI practices.
  • Develop and share analytical models and data products.
  • Support development of full-stack data analytics or AI applications when required.
  • Escalate risks and issues appropriately within a multi-vendor environment.

Required Experience

  • 6+ years of experience using statistical and programming languages for data analysis and ML.
  • 6+ years of experience building analytical and quantitative models.
  • 6+ years of experience preparing data for predictive and prescriptive modeling.
  • 6+ years of experience applying AI/ML to real-world business or enterprise problems.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis methods and statistical techniques.
