As an MCBU Product Architecture Engineer for DRAM, you will play a key role in shaping memory solutions for AI inference at the edge. The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$208,000.00 - $364,000.00 a year
Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.

- Define memory features that enhance DRAM performance in AI workloads
- Mentor junior engineers and architects
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 12+ years of engineering experience
- Experience with LPDDR and/or DRAM module architectures
- Understanding of memory hierarchy, controllers, PHY, and SoC/ASIC design
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of memory subsystems in high-performance computing
- Experience with TSV, stacked packaging, or 3D packaging technologies
- Exposure to hardware/software co-optimization or AI frameworks
- Experience participating in JEDEC or similar industry standards groups
- Japanese and English language proficiency
