We are looking for a talented and experienced Logistics/ Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Supply Chain & Logistics team in Milton, ON.

Job Purpose & Scope

The purpose of the role is to support, liaison and oversee different tasks to enhance GRODAN’s service strategy.  Gather data, conduct analysis and collaborate with multiple departments to improve organizations’ supply chain operations.

Your future team:

You will become part of the Supply Chain & Logistics team and will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain.

What you will be doing:

  • Maintain accuracy and completeness of customer and material master data.
  • Validate and ensure integrity of master data, including hierarchies and relationships.
  • Support Customer Service and Accounting with pricing, invoicing, and data issues.
  • Monitor warehouse/transport KPIs, address issues, and develop solutions. Support future projects.
  • Coordinate supply chain operations: inventory reconciliation, returns, claims, SKU creation, etc.
  • Analyze and control safety stock orders. Help define standard end-to-end operational processes.
  • Collaborate with sales on customer-impacting operational issues and provide solutions.
  • Generate supply chain reports using Business Warehouse and Rockbis. Coordinate and support the growth of the recycling program.
  • Coordinate daily loads with warehouse, planning, and customer service. Communicate internally to resolve process disruptions.

What you bring:

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in SAP; advanced in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with keen attention to detail.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
