We are a rapidly growing, privately owned logistics company specializing in the seamless transportation of refrigerated and dry freight throughout North America. Since our inception, we have built a reputation for reliability, safety, and personalized service, operating across Canada, the United States, and Mexico. Our commitment to providing tailored logistics solutions—including full truckload (FTL), less-than-truckload (LTL), cross-border freight, bonded carrier services, warehousing, and third-party logistics—has made us a trusted partner for businesses looking to optimize their supply chains. We pride ourselves on being customer-focused, adaptable, and driven by operational excellence.

We are actively seeking a motivated and experienced Logistics Sales Executive to join our team. This is a cradle-to-grave role that owns the entire lifecycle of the customer relationship—from initial sale through execution, delivery, and ongoing account management. Candidates must bring an existing book of business and be capable of both generating revenue and personally managing freight movements. This is not a “hand-off” sales role; until volume supports additional operations staff, you will be directly responsible for executing what you sell. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where sales and operations are tightly connected, this role offers significant upside and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow revenue by leveraging an existing book of business while actively sourcing and closing new logistics opportunities across North America.
  • Own accounts cradle to grave—managing the full sales cycle and remaining directly responsible for freight execution, customer satisfaction, and retention.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with customers by deeply understanding their transportation needs and delivering tailored refrigerated and dry freight solutions.
  • Plan, place, and manage truck routes, coordinating carriers and shipments to ensure on-time, compliant, and cost-effective freight movement.
  • Handle day-to-day operational responsibilities including dispatching, load coordination, shipment tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Manage cross-border shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, customs compliance, and bonded carrier requirements are met.
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding shipment status, delays, and solutions, maintaining a high level of trust and accountability.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, revenue reporting, and performance metrics for leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows, customer experience, and operational efficiency through hands-on involvement.
Ideal Qualifications
  • Proven success in logistics sales with an active, transferable book of business.
  • Strong working knowledge of freight transportation, trucking operations, and route planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage logistics operations alongside sales responsibilities in a cradle-to-grave capacity.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable operating independently in a growth-stage environment.
  • Experience with cross-border freight is a strong asset.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-ownership, fast-moving role with minimal handoffs.
Compensation and Growth
  • Competitive base salary between $100,000 and $100,000 annually.
  • Uncapped commission structure offering 5–10% of gross profit on revenue generated.
  • Opportunity to scale into leadership or a more sales-focused role as operations grow.
  • Direct exposure to all aspects of logistics, offering long-term career leverage.
