We’re looking for a Logistics Manager to oversee our national transportation network and help keep critical products moving efficiently and safely across Canada.  If you enjoy optimizing complex logistics, solving problems, and building strong professional partnerships, this role is for you.

This person must reside in the GTA of Canada.

What we're looking for:
  • Education: College degree required
  • Experience: 8+ years’ in logistics, distribution, or inventory
  • 5+ years’ experience negotiating transportation carrier contracts

Who you are: 

  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance: Dangerous Goods, WHMIS, Dangerous Spill Cleanup, Health Canada GMP
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and sound business judgement
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced MS Office Suite and SAP skills
  • French language skills are an asset

How you will thrive and create and impact: 

Transportation Management

  • Manage and evaluate carrier relationships (LTL/TL, ground/air, regional/national, small parcel) across Canada
  • Oversee international carrier performance, costs, service levels, and compliance
  • Ensure CSA cross-border transport compliance

Customer service:

  • Address transportation and operational issues for customers, sales, and carriers
  • Serve as the main point of contact for special delivery services

Training & Quality:

  • Develop and maintain SOPs and work processes
  • Drive customer satisfaction through efficient, compliant operations
  • Support staff development, morale, and achievement of stretch targets
  • Ensure readiness for internal and external audits

Financials:

  • Manage all Canadian freight contracts
  • Balance quality and cost, driving continuous improvement
  • Review and approve transportation-related expenses

Pay Transparency:

The expected pre-tax pay for this position is

$96,500.00 - $155,825.00

Actual pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and geographic location.
