We are seeking a skilled and experienced Logistics Manager to join our Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of logistics and order fulfillment and the ability to effectively work with customers to solve complex issues. 

This role is onsite, based out of Toronto, Ontario.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective logistics networks that support our growth strategy and operational goals. Identify and establish relationships with key transportation and logistics partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customs-related matters, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and assisting with customs clearance processes for international shipments.
  • Manage the inbound logistics process, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and supplier coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products. Oversee outbound logistics operations, including shipping and distribution strategies to optimize delivery efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage order fulfillment, from order receiving and processing all the way through delivery.
  • Utilize logistics metrics and data analysis to identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reductions in logistics operations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the logistics process.
  • Address logistical challenges and develop creative solutions to optimize transportation routes, reduce delays, and enhance overall service levels.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on logistics best practices, trends, and technologies to continually improve our logistics capabilities.


Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in logistics management or supply chain operations, with a proven track record of setting up logistics networks and managing complex logistics operations.
  • Familiarity with logistics software and tools for tracking and managing shipments and inventory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and external partners.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations and experience working with international shipping processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.


Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
