Manage and train the logistics team.
Control costs and implement actions to optimize resources.
Analyze performance indicators and propose improvement areas.
Establish and monitor internal procedures.
Ensure risk management and handle disputes related to logistics.
Supervise compliance of operations with safety standards.
Manage relationships with other departments (production, sales, etc.).
Prepare regular reports on logistics activities.
Participate in defining the logistics department budgets.
Implement strategies to improve logistics performance.
Oversee the use of logistics management tools and software.
Participate in continuous improvement projects within the company.
Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
Ensure regulatory compliance of logistics activities.
Implement actions to improve the sustainability of logistics operations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Project management expertise.
Performance analysis skills.
Strong team management and leadership abilities.
Knowledge of inventory and flow management tools.
Proficiency in safety and quality standards.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3/5) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Management.
5 to 10 years of experience in logistics management, ideally with team leadership experience.
