This learning program manager will be part of the core team responsible for creating learning solutions that help leaders and team members to develop new skills and behaviors, grow their capabilities, and expand their brand.

In a typical day as a learning program manager, you:

  • Manage all facets of our comprehensive learning portfolio to ensure learning solutions are developed on time, within budget, and to our client’s satisfaction
  • Create project timelines and actions along with dashboards, presentations, and learning metrics
  • Monitor project progress, report on performance, and proactively communicate with key stakeholders
  • Partner with Talent Management team and stakeholders to create strategic and operational planning of training and related programs
  • Develop and maintain client and stakeholder relationships through partnering, coaching, influencing, and facilitating to identify, prioritize, and implement learning solutions
  • Identify requirements of learning solutions and manages the operational structure necessary to meet learning and development objectives
  • Lead large, cross-division, multi-functional project teams that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees
  • Stay abreast of current market, learning technology trends, and key learning vendors
  • Provide thought leadership and consultation on areas of expertise throughout the organization

  • Experienced and have an appreciation and passion for organizational leadership and culture
  • Someone who has high learning agility and has a deep focus on clients’ needs
  • Holding a university or bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or equivalent
  • 5+ years’ experience in learning project management, establishing, leading, and coordinating large and complex projects
  • Experienced in leading, motivating, driving and measuring virtual teams toward a common goal
  • Diplomatic and articulate in your communication style and in dealing with senior executives
  • Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong in creating engaging Microsoft PowerPoint presentations and using other Office applications
  • A highly committed professional with distinctive flexibility, analytical, and strategic thinking

USD Annual Salary: $78,700.00 - $181,200.00
