We are looking for a Product Technology Leader who plays a crucial role in managing and evolving the technology platforms that support various products within our organization. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Technology Leader to oversee the development, management, and optimization of our technology platforms for our Verified Product. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities to drive innovation and efficiency across our product teams.
You'll be responsible for:

Platform Strategy: Define and implement the long-term vision and strategy for the technology platform/end-to-end tech product stack, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.

Technical Oversight: Oversee the architecture, development, deployment and operations of platform services, ensuring scalability, reliability, performance and security

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with engineering, development, design, product, marketing, sales and operations teams to align on product objectives and ensure seamless integration of platform capabilities.

Feature Prioritization: Identify and prioritize features that deliver the most value to customers and the business, planning their execution accordingly and inclusive of platform strategy.

Monitoring & Observability: Utilize analytics tools to assess platform performance, guide decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.

Customer Engagement: Interact with internal and external(?) users to gather feedback and understand their experience with the platform.

Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the product platforms remains competitive and relevant.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
You bring:

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling technology platforms.

Strong understanding of software development processes, APIs, cloud services, and system architecture.

Familiarity with market trends, competitive analysis, and overall business strategy.

Proven experience in leading and coaching cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights for the product team and convey ideas and collaborate effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.

Eligibility: to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.

Experience in a similar role within a technology-driven organization.
