We are looking for a Product Technology Leader who plays a crucial role in managing and evolving the technology platforms that support various products within our organization. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Technology Leader to oversee the development, management, and optimization of our technology platforms for our Verified Product. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities to drive innovation and efficiency across our product teams. 
 

You'll be responsible for:

  • Platform Strategy: Define and implement the long-term vision and strategy for the technology platform/end-to-end tech product stack, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.

  • Technical Oversight: Oversee the architecture, development, deployment and operations of platform services, ensuring scalability, reliability, performance and security

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with engineering, development, design, product, marketing, sales and operations teams to align on product objectives and ensure seamless integration of platform capabilities. 

  • Feature Prioritization: Identify and prioritize features that deliver the most value to customers and the business, planning their execution accordingly and inclusive of platform strategy.

  • Monitoring & Observability: Utilize analytics tools to assess platform performance, guide decision-making, and drive continuous improvement. 

  • Customer Engagement: Interact with internal and external(?) users to gather feedback and understand their experience with the platform.

  • Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the product platforms remains competitive and relevant.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

You bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling technology platforms.

  • Strong understanding of software development processes, APIs, cloud services, and system architecture.

  • Familiarity with market trends, competitive analysis, and overall business strategy.

  • Proven experience in leading and coaching cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights for the product team and convey ideas and collaborate effectively.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.

  • Eligibility:  to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity. 

  • Experience in a similar role within a technology-driven organization.
