As a Software Engineer Technical Lead, you will play a critical role in architecting, developing, and delivering innovative solutions at the intersection of AI, clinical trials, and medical imaging. You will lead by example, mentor team members, and ensure the highest standards of quality and customer focus. What You’ll Be DoingLead the design, development, and deployment of software solutions using C#, Angular, and AWS.
Champion the use of AI-assisted coding tools to drive productivity, code quality, and innovation.
Mentor and guide software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Collaborate closely with product owners, scientists, and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Challenge the status quo and drive improvements in processes, architecture, and technology adoption.
Ensure a strong focus on quality, reliability, and customer value throughout the software development lifecycle.
Apply LEAN principles to optimize workflows, eliminate waste, and accelerate delivery.
Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 7 years of professional software engineering experience.
Proven expertise in C#, Angular, and AWS.
Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, or similar) in a production environment.
Prior experience in a technical leadership or senior engineering role preferred.
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and guiding technical teams.
Proven experience working within Agile development environments (Scrum, Kanban).
Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, and secure coding practices.
Not afraid to challenge the status quo and drive positive change.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer and quality-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering impactful solutions.
Experience in healthcare, clinical trials, or medical imaging is an asset.
