Job Description

  • Design digital user interfaces and/or websites.
  • Develop and test layouts, interfaces, functionality, and navigation menus to ensure compatibility and usability across browsers or devices.
  • Plan and lead end-user research to understand workflows, environments, needs, pain points, opportunities, and product experience issues & opportunities.
  • Disseminate research insights and findings to key business stakeholders including product designers, product managers, and business unit executives.
  • Design and test interfaces that facilitate the human-computer interaction and maximize the usability of digital devices, websites, and software with a focus on aesthetics and design.
  • Influence product strategy and priorities by driving a design-led, human-centered approach to design, product development, and innovation across design, product management, and software development stakeholder organizations.
  • Conduct user research to determine design requirements and analyze user feedback to improve design quality.
  • Advance the practice of experience research by evolving research and dissemination methodologies, strategy, skills, and tools.
  • 10% domestic travel.
  • Telecommuting permitted from anywhere within the U.S.
  • $93,620 - 166,200/Year.
