Lead Product Manager - Technical-2

Overview
The Services team and solutions fuel growth for partners globally by providing cutting edge services in the areas of Customer Acquisition and Engagement, Security Solutions, Business and Market Insights, and Open Banking. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast, our agile sales team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base including retailers, airlines, hotels, tourism agencies, public sector entities, restaurants, consumer goods and telecom companies.
The Cyber Secure team is looking for a Product Manager-Technical to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
About the Role
• Deliver analysis on product requirements, being an SME on the application from the user perspective.
• Building and understanding user journeys based on product owner requirements.
• Translating requirements from business and product owners into features to development teams.
• Work closely with product owners, architects and solution managers on assigned projects to assist in solutioning and high level architecture design.
• Interaction with customers to understand customer experience, needs and requirements.
All About You
• Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements for developer consumption
• Experience with the design and software development in digital native applications and microservices
• Initiative to learn
• Strong verbal and written communication skill
• Knowledge of software development processes - agile preferred
• Payments and Fraud prevention and cyber security industry knowledge
• Experience integrating vendor and open source products into an overall system
