WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Product Manager for ABC Intelligent Billing Solutions, you will be responsible for shaping the future of AI-driven billing solutions that maximize collections and revenue while optimizing the member payment experience. You will leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning to streamline billing processes, reduce friction, and enhance financial outcomes for fitness businesses and their members.
At ABC, product development is an extremely collaborative effort between engineering, design, product marketing, data science, and customer-facing teams. You’d be joining a team of experienced Product Managers who have a track record of successfully building large-scale business and SaaS products that are collectively impacting millions of businesses and members around the world.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to research, document, and deeply understand customer needs in Billing and Collections, designing and deploying new AI-powered payments experiences.
- Optimize the full member collections cycle, leveraging AI-driven insights to adapt to changing market dynamics and member payment behaviors.
- Recognize members' payment preferences and collections history to optimize billing by using billions of member data points for intelligent decision-making.
- Improve collections rates by identifying the optimal billing day for each member and delivering personalized payment experiences that remove friction at checkout.
- Develop AI-powered Smart Payment Messaging and Auto Retry solutions to maximize successful transactions and revenue conversions.
- Reduce chargebacks and operational costs by leveraging AI-driven risk assessment and fraud detection mechanisms.
- Partner with engineering to develop intelligent billing capabilities, including invoicing, subscriptions, recurring payments, dunning processes, and real-time notifications.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to develop a compelling roadmap for extending our intelligent billing and collections solutions to our clients.
- Utilize analytics and machine learning to continuously improve billing efficiency, optimize payment deposits, and enhance cash flow management for businesses.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of Membership and Operations systems, integrate with Commerce APIs, and contribute to critical discussions on product design, data modeling, and software architecture.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 7+ years of product management experience or equivalent.
- Demonstrated success and execution track record in building and sustaining scalable technology products.
- Great interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication. You can collaborate and thrive in productive, healthy debate done with mutual respect and shared goals.
- Proven track record of successful stakeholder management, including driving product roadmaps, client communications, handling escalations, and advocating for ongoing investment in your product.
- Experience working on AI-powered payments or billing products with developer interfaces (App deployment, APIs, SDKs); software or SaaS-related product experience a plus.
- Experience successfully building and launching AI-driven products and services.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
- Payments and/or eCommerce
- Mobile device management
- Subscription billing
- Software product lifecycle management
- Degree in Computer Science, Product Management, Engineering, or Business Management.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only and based on employees in Canada and may be different in other countries. Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and location, as well as market and business considerations. Our pay range for Canada based candidates for this position is $115,000 -- $145,000 CAD annually. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses and commissions.
