You'll be part of the team fostering the long-term health and success of Angry Birds Friends, one of our most beloved titles. This is a high-impact role where you’ll improve the business performance and long-term health of the game by managing and continuously optimizing the live game experience. This includes ownership of live events, economy, progression, balance, rewards, and difficulty tuning for millions of fans worldwide. Whether you're based in Spain or Finland, you'll be joining a supportive environment dedicated to our mission: We craft joy.

You will have impact and fun at work by:

  • You’ll own the live-ops calendar, ensuring every event, offer, and progression beat creates a coherent, fun experience for our players while meeting our business goals.

  • You’ll dive deep into player behavior and live-ops performance, constantly finding new ways to tune our game economy, progression, and difficulty for the best possible player experience.

  • You’ll partner closely with our talented Game Design and Data Analytics teams, using our internal tools to build and refine game systems that feel balanced and fair.

  • You’ll cultivate a culture of experimentation, developing hypotheses and running A/B tests that translate directly into high-impact product decisions.

  • You’ll proactively explore data to identify opportunities to improve gameplay experience, monetization, retention, and overall live performance.

  • You’ll bring an outside-in perspective by benchmarking market practices and turning those insights into actionable opportunities for Angry Birds Friends.

  • You’ll regularly validate the game experience through hands-on gameplay, live performance reviews, and close attention to how features, events, systems, and tuning changes perform in the live environment.

  • You’ll nurture cross-functional alignment, translating complex product strategies into clear priorities that help our team execute with precision and purpose.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • You have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager on live, free-to-play mobile titles, with a deep focus on live operations, game systems, and performance optimization.

  • You’ve successfully created impact in game teams by managing live-feature development and economy balancing, and you know how to build systems that players love.

  • You have a strong analytical mindset, with the drive to interpret complex data independently and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • You excel at explaining complex product, economy, and performance topics to diverse cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and supported.

  • You have a firm grasp of free-to-play monetization mechanics and know how to balance them with progression, rewards, and player segmentation.

  • You have a keen eye for detail and operational discipline, ensuring every configuration, event setup, and release process is validated and ready for our players.

It would be nice if you also have the following skills:

  • You understand game design principles and how they influence player motivation, engagement, and progression.

  • You’ve worked with economy, balancing, or live-ops configuration tools.

  • You’re familiar with competitor benchmarking and market analysis, and you’re eager to translate those learnings into relevant opportunities for our game.

You'll work in a hybrid setup with two to three days at the office per week. Kindly send us your CV in English. We look forward to speaking to you!
