We’re looking for a Lead, People Technologies & Data Insights to own our People tech stack, analytics infrastructure, and operational rigor across the company. This role sits at the intersection of HR systems, people analytics, operations, and strategy. You’ll build the infrastructure that powers People; turning complex data into insight, and insight into action, while ensuring operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. This is a high-impact role for someone who can think like a systems architect and operate like a People manager.

What you’ll do: 

Own & Scale the People Technology Stack
  • Own and evolve our HRIS and People tech ecosystem, ensuring systems are efficient, scalable, and tightly integrated
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize new HR tools to improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience
  • Partner with IT, Security, Legal, and Finance to ensure governance, compliance, and data integrity
  • Lead year-end testing and validation to ensure seamless launches and transitions
Build People Analytics & Dashboards
  • Design and maintain People and departmental dashboards in Tableau, powered by Databricks
  • Partner closely with Finance, Engineering, and Data teams to align people data with business metrics
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across teams Design and maintain People and departmental dashboards (Tableau, Databricks, or similar)
  • Translate leadership questions into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Support workforce planning, engagement analysis, talent insights, and org design decisions
Turn Data into Insights (and Action)
  • Translate data requests from leaders into clear, compelling insights and narratives
  • Lead initiatives that turn people data into concrete actions, decisions, and programs
  • Support workforce planning, talent insights, engagement analysis, and organizational effectiveness
Elevate People Operations (interim)
  • Partner closely with the Head of People to ensure operational excellence across core People processes
  • Provide leadership and oversight to the People Operations team when needed
  • Maintain rigor across onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and lifecycle workflows
  • Ensure policies, systems, and processes scale with company growth
  • Step into high-impact operational initiatives during periods of transition or growth
Drive Innovation & AI Efficiencies
  • Explore and implement AI-powered efficiencies across People systems, analytics, and workflows
  • Stay ahead of trends in People analytics, HR tech, and data automation
  • Automate manual processes and reduce operational friction

About you:

  • 6+ years of experience in People Operations, Analytics, HR Technology, People Systems, or related roles
  • Proven experience owning or scaling an HRIS and broader HR tech stack
  • Strong data skills with experience working in Tableau, Databricks, or similar analytics platforms
  • Experience overseeing or leading People Ops processes (employee lifecycle, and compliance)
  • Deep comfort partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Engineering, and Data teams
  • Exceptional ability to tell a story with data and influence senior leaders
  • A builder mindset — you enjoy creating structure where none exists
  • Experience with tools like Lattice, HiBob, or similar platforms is a strong plus (but not required)
  • Curiosity and excitement around AI-driven efficiencies in People operations
  • 6+ years of progressive experience across People Operations, HR Systems, or People Analytics
