Track and report on training activities, using data to assess program effectiveness, impact and inform continuous improvement efforts, guiding overall strategic planning and decision-making
Support the implementation and maintenance of our learning management systems, contributing to efficient processes and enhanced user experience
Learning Innovation & AI Integration
Collaborate with L&D technology partners to integrate AI-enabled solutions into the learning tech ecosystem (e.g., using AI to support search, recommendations, or content tagging).
Lead internal knowledge sharing and upskilling initiatives related to emerging AI trends in instructional design and learning delivery.
