Birlasoft is seeking a Lead Guidewire ClaimCenter Integration Developer to support a strategic insurance transformation program with Sompo International. We are looking for a hands-on technical leader with deep Guidewire expertise, strong integration experience, and a proven track record delivering enterprise-scale solutions in the P&C Insurance domain.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the design, development, support, and enhancement of Guidewire ClaimCenter integrations
  2. Provide technical leadership to onshore and offshore development teams
  3. Design integrations with Policy, Billing, CRM, Financial systems, and third-party platforms
  4. Drive platform stability, scalability, performance, and production support
  5. Implement CI/CD, DevSecOps, automated testing, and code quality practices
  6. Collaborate with Business, Product, Architecture, and PMO stakeholders
  7. Establish engineering standards for security, monitoring, deployment, and governance

🔹 Required Qualifications

  1. 10+ years of overall IT experience
  2. 7+ years of Guidewire ClaimCenter integration and configuration development
  3. Technical Lead experience on at least 2 end-to-end Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations
  4. Strong expertise in Guidewire APIs, Integration Frameworks, Data Models, and Product Models
  5. Hands-on experience with Java, Gosu, J2EE, XML, Web Services, and SQL Server
  6. Experience with Jenkins, Git, SonarQube, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices
  7. Experience managing teams of 10–20 engineers
  8. Strong Commercial Insurance / P&C Insurance domain knowledge

• Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer Certification

• Guidewire Integration Developer Certification

• Guidewire Cloud Migration Experience

• Agile/Scrum Delivery Experience

🚨 Priority will be given to candidates with active Guidewire certifications and experience leading enterprise ClaimCenter implementations within Commercial Insurance environments.
