The Lead Development Representative (LDR) will be responsible for managing lead generation campaigns to (i) introduce GHX’s exchange services to suppliers of GHX’s customers, and (ii) encourage such Suppliers to automate their order-to-cash processes with GHX Exchange Services, and (iii) will schedule meetings with GHX sales executives and (iv) document relevant call activity and contact information collected into the GHX CRM Salesforce.com.  Additionally, the LDR will assist with opportunity creation with the team, credentialing rep add opportunities within SFDC, disengaged project liaison & collection efforts on a as needed basis. This is a remote based contract role with an estimated duration of January 9, 2023 – October 31, 2023.

Key Responsibilities

  • Using pre-determined groups of account prospects, research & identify good target contacts and generate leads using phone, email, or social media.
  • Research leads for a defined list of manufacturers using primarily InsideView and LinkedIn.
  • Engage in prospecting and appointment setting as needed.
  • Maintain accurate lead call activity and contact information in CRM.
  • Proactively solve ways to increase efficiencies in lead to opportunity processes.
  • Complete lead generation campaigns with initiative, creativity, and collaboration.
  • Provide weekly reporting to the sales organization on the volume of leads qualified, routed, and converted.
  • Create opportunities with assistance from sales teams members
  • Provide assistance on a as needed basis with Supplier Sales collections
  • Act as a disengaged project liaison with the sales team to ensure progress is being made in a timely manner
  • Assist with credentialing rep add SFDC process as needed

  • Use social medial tools and data cleansing tools to monitor targeted accounts and identify trigger events for follow-up.
  • Discipline to maintain high prospecting and email volumes.
  • Exhibits empathy for other’s problems and challenges.

Required Education, Certifications, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or combination of education and equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in lead development & prospecting net new opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of sales prospecting and lead development experience.

  • Salesforce CRM experience.

The compensation for this role is: $57,000-$71,000

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX’s total compensation package for employees.
