Your Role:

As the Head of Canada, you will be key in shaping and spearheading our strategy in a rapidly evolving market. Requirements
What You Bring to LawY:

We are looking for an engaging and dynamic leader who thrives on driving results and inspiring others. You should ideally have:

  • Proven track record in leading teams across Canada, with 8 to 10 years of experience in law preferably in Real Estate and/or Wills and Lifetime planning.
  • A strong understanding of the legal landscape, particularly the challenges faced by legal practitioners today and an established network within the Canadian legal community.
  • A collaborative spirit; you can bring people together and foster an environment of teamwork and innovation.
  • Exceptional communication skills to influence and connect with diverse stakeholders.
  • Results-driven mentality; you know how to set goals and achieve them while keeping the team motivated.
  • A track record of utilizing data to inform strategy and make improvements.
