What Are We Looking for
As a Knowledge Management Specialist, you support the delivery and day-to-day use of established Knowledge Management practices across the studio. Your role focuses on reliable execution, maintaining accurate and accessible knowledge, and supporting established workflows that enable consistent use of information across projects and teams. You work closely with project teams, internal departments, and the Knowledge Management team to support retrospectives, lessons learned, learning initiatives, and intranet operations. Through hands-on delivery, attention to detail, and responsiveness to studio needs, you help ensure Knowledge Management practices function effectively in daily work.
What You Will Do:
- Maintain intranet and knowledge repositories so content stays accurate and usable.
- Support retrospectives and lessons learned through preparation, capture, and follow-up.
- Update and administer intranet content, including permissions and lifecycle practices.
- Apply taxonomy, metadata, and classification consistently across content.
- Support users with KM tools, answer questions, and resolve basic issues.
- Assist with learning and onboarding materials related to KM practices.
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather input and share updates.
- Track usage, quality, and adoption metrics and flag risks or gaps.
- Collaborate with the KM team to support coordinated delivery.
What You Will Bring:
- 1–3 years of experience in Knowledge Management or related field.
- Experience with intranet administration and cloud-based knowledge repositories is an asset.
- Desire to learn and apply new tools, frameworks, and practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset and responsiveness to stakeholder needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid role, with 3 days in the Studio.
- Proficiency in whiteboard or workflow ideation software is an asset
What We Will Provide
The expected gross annual base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000. Final compensation is determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
