Position Summary

The role of the Coordinator is to support on matters related to the hiring of Omnicom offshore team (OGS) and tracking resources data to ensure operational efficiency. Their goal is to support the lead of OGS management on all administrative and operational aspects related to offshoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the OGS Management team with managing various aspects of the hiring process for offshore resources in India, Mexico and other hubs, including following up on hiring approvals, tracking hiring timelines and setting up intake calls for capabilities needs briefing.
  • Assist the OGS Management team with handling the onboarding process for new offshore hires including setting up introductory calls, sharing onboarding steps/following up on onboarding progression, and updating finance and HR on new hires.
  • Assist the OGS Management team in tracking offshore resources performance by handling check-ins for new joiners' onboarding and performance.
  • Accurately maintain tracking hires requisitions and changes in offshore team structure and headcount.
  • Manage leavers' deprovisioning and updating finance and HR on departures.
  • Work with the OGS Management team to track, measure, and assist with analysis of offshore resources utilization and opportunities to create efficiencies.
  • Align with internal and offshore teams from different functions (Finance, HR and accounts leads) where required.
  • Assist with document creation: presentations, visual summaries, trackers and reports.
  • Support on monthly time reporting.
  • Work with the OGS management teams on various offshoring related projects as required.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Professional or educational background in HR or Advertising would give leverage to this application.
  • Driven desire to develop knowledge, assist client teams and contribute in enhancing operational processes and ways of working with offshore teams.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
  • Highly developed organizational skills with professional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent ability to manage and prioritize time effectively.
  • Professional learning agility, with a passion for continuous development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Expected Salary: $40,000 - 43,000

 

Omnicom Media is providing the compensation range that the company is willing to pay for this position based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
