We're looking for an enthusiastic and creative YouTube Content Specialist to join our Transmedia Unit in Espoo, Finland. You'll be the supportive brain and friendly face behind the daily operations of the globally recognized Angry Birds YouTube channel, which is crucial for our brand visibility and reach. Join us to craft joy for millions of players around the world.

You will have impact and fun at work by:

  • Managing the day-to-day content pipeline for the Angry Birds YouTube channel, ensuring a consistent and high-quality flow across all formats.
  • Planning and optimizing video metadata—including snappy titles, captivating thumbnails, and clear descriptions—to maximize our search visibility and audience reach.
  • Collaborating with our internal teams and external partners to coordinate the release schedule and manage our YouTube Community tab, helping to nurture our supportive audience.
  • Creating and producing engaging video content, including hands-on filming and editing for both YouTube Shorts and horizontal videos, always focusing on great audience retention.
  • Finding out what works! You’ll continuously monitor performance metrics, using data-driven insights to improve engagement and subscriber growth.
  • Planning, running, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to support content launches, improving key metrics, and ensuring we’re wisely investing our resources.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • You’re fluent in written and spoken English and you’re word savvy—you understand descriptions and titles to help content connect with our global audience.
  • You have a great visual eye and know how to create appealing image and video assets, plus you have experience using video and image editing tools such as Adobe Suite.
  • You’re familiar with running a moderate or a large-scale YouTube channel and you have experience using best practices to support its growth. You obviously have experience using YouTube Studio while at it.
  • You show great attention to details and have a well-organized working style, making you ready to quickly learn and support a dynamic environment.
  • You’re highly creative and collaborative, with a passion for content creation, pop-culture, and video games. You enjoy being proactive and asking questions.

It would be nice if you also have the following skills:

  • You have a basic understanding of running Google ad campaigns and/or optimizing SEO.

Relocation support is not provided for this position.
