Junior Project Manager1
As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for owning and driving success of a customer project from start to finish, participating in project reviews, managing disposition of issues and project scope changes, managing project plans created collaboratively with you and your project sponsor, and reviewing team project work tasks with objectives to stay on time and on budget. You will provide status and progress reviews and conduct risk management analysis as required. You will be assigned work appropriate to your level, coached through each project, and given stretch opportunities when available.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information technology, computer science, engineering, business or related courses

At least 1 year of direct experience in a full-time Project Management role with proven record of success - school or internship assignments may qualify

Previous training in Waterfall methodology preferred

Able to balance competing priorities and ask for help as needed

Interested in further growth opportunities and training in Project Management capabilities and methods

Strong communication skills - able to collaborate with business people, IT team members, and leadership

Detail-oriented with good skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and email at minimal
