Job Description
The Junior Process Analyst will report to the Corporate Quality Manager and will analyze, monitor and implement an internal change management process – from input gathering to data collection, obtaining final approvals, and communicating change to various multi-functional groups.

WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL:
-
Maintain good record keeping practices and strict adherence to quality and safety programs.
-
Work with production plants within IKO to provide support and supplemental research data.
-
Communicate changes and provide assistance to change requesters.
-
Create and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
-
Track and publish Key Measurable Indicators.
-
Act as health and safety coordinator for the department
-
Receive purchase orders for procurement needs and verify quantities to be entered into the system
-
Research, analyze, and recommend improvements to the organization's quality processes to improve overall performance.

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
-
Successful completion of a Bachelor’s degree
-
2 years of experience as a data analyst or in data management is preferred
-
Experience with Salesforce and/or JDE is desired
-
Experience in change management and document control
-
Understanding of process mapping, SDS, 5S, Lean six sigma, Project Life Cycle and purchase orders
-
Strong attention to detail and data-driven
-
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced Excel functions preferred
-
Ability to manage and prioritize several projects at a time
-
Strong commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment
-
Solid problem solving and critical thinking skills
-
Effective oral and written communication skills
-
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities and maintain reports
-
Other projects and assignments related to research and quality assurance may be assigned.
