Job Description
Leo Burnett is looking for a Junior Digital Project Manager to join their growing team.
The Junior Digital Project Manager help manage small to medium digital projects and campaigns including banner ads, social assets and OLV. The primary functions of this position include balancing scope, time and costs while managing creative and development teams through the digital production lifecycle.
The Junior Digital Project Manager is expected to play a variety of project support roles while developing their skills and maintaining a positive environment that promotes individual development and high-performance standards.
This role reports directly to the Director, Program Management. This is a contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains timelines and budgets.
- Drive project delivery:
- Clarifies and communicates project objectives and success criteria.
- Develops and tracks project plans for individual tracks of work (or as part of a larger project plan).
- Manage and control project scope and the change control process.
- Assure that projects complete according to schedule and within budget.
- Ensures all production teams have the assets required to do their work.
- Facilitates meetings and project documentation.
- Facilitate QA and deployment.
- Work with senior project managers to mature their skills.
Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of project management experience, from an interactive agency managing small – medium digital projects.
- Experience managing banner ads and social (static and video) through the production process from brief to final asset hand-off.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
- Solid understanding of agile project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop work plans and perform resource allocations.
- Strong knowledge of digital development, and delivery in the context of a PM role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work with internal and external development and creative teams.
