Job Description


Work Term: Internship (May - August, 2025)

Work schedule: 40 hours per week

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)


Klick Consulting is looking for a Junior Digital Designer to join our team as an intern, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Portfolio of Possibilities: Your work showcases a knack for creativity and innovation, with designs that captivate and concepts that inspire
  • Pursuing or recently graduated from a post-secondary degree or program in a field such as: graphic, product, or UX design or related field (or possess similar experience)
  • Curiosity, enthusiasm, and passion for communication design, visual design, and problem solving
  • You’re comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects)
  • Ability to work with information that is scientific in nature, and adapt to evolving project requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills to share project updates within the broader Consulting team
  • Aptitude to propose and evaluate creative approaches to solving various design problems
  • Genuine interest in developing design and consulting skills in a fast-paced industry team environment

Desired Qualifications:

  • You’re comfortable with UX prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
  • You’re not simply talented, but also optimistic, driven, empathetic, trustworthy, and kind

What You'll Do:

  • Concept designs for digital products and services
  • Icons, infographics, and illustrations for presentations and reports
  • High quality PowerPoint presentations
  • UX artifacts such as wireframes, user flows
  • Develop materials to solve a variety of healthcare business problems - no two projects are the same
  • Report to the Senior Digital Designer and work collaboratively with consultants, data scientists, and technologists
  • Handle multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines
