Job Summary:

In this role, you'll be part of the Efficiency and Effectiveness Program, where you'll help solution and develop power platform solutions for various departments across the organization.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of existing Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI where applicable)
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes or enhancements
  • Develop and deploy simple Power Platform applications and process automations based on business requirements
  • Create, update, and maintain technical and end-user documentation for developed solutions
  • Collaborate with business users and internal stakeholders to gather requirements for new automations and enhancements
  • Conduct testing and validation of developed solutions
  • Assist with data integrations, connectors, and system configurations within the Power Platform environment
  • Stay up to date with Power Platform updates, features, and best practices.

What you'll have:

  • Relevant degree, diploma, or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Familiarity with basic application development concepts and troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting or maintaining IT applications or digital tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document technical processes clearly
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple tasks simultaneously

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in low-code/no-code development.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
  • Knowledge of Power Virtual Agents for chatbot development
