The Role
We're looking for a Junior Designer to support our Senior Designer in delivering high-quality brand and design work across a wide range of industries. This is a role for someone early in their career who is serious about craft. A designer who can contribute meaningfully to brand concepting, work fluently within design systems, and produce polished, consistent work under the guidance of a strong senior creative.
You'll be working alongside our Senior Designer developing brand identities, visual systems, campaign assets, print and digital. You bring curiosity, a strong eye and the drive to keep raising the bar on everything you touch.
What You’ll Do
Brand & Visual Design
- Support the Senior Designer in developing brand identities, visual systems and design toolkits across a variety of industries
- Apply and extend brand guidelines with precision and creative intent, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Produce well-crafted layouts, typography and visual compositions across print and digital formats
- Contribute to the development of brand assets including type systems, colour palettes and supporting visual elements
Design Execution
- Execute design assets across print, digital, social and OOH formats to a high standard of craft
- Work within established templates and systems to support scalable campaign and brand work
- Prepare clean, organized, production-ready files for internal review and client delivery
- Implement feedback from the Senior Designer clearly and constructively
Concepting & Visual Exploration
- Contribute ideas during concept development, including mood boards and early visual explorations
- Bring a strong visual point of view to concepting sessions and brief responses
- Support the Senior Designer in translating early concepts into design directions across formats
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Senior Designer throughout the full lifecycle of brand and design projects
- Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, art directors and production teams as needed
- Participate in internal reviews and contribute your perspective openly
What You Bring
Experience & Portfolio
- 1–3 years of professional design experience in an agency or similar environment (internships and co-op placements count)
- A portfolio that demonstrates both conceptual thinking and strong design craft. We want to see how you think, not just what you've shipped
- Examples of brand or identity work, visual systems or any projects that show how you work within and extend a design language
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Working knowledge of Figma for layout and collaboration
- Solid foundational understanding of typography, grid systems, colour theory and layout
- Comfortable preparing files for both print and digital production
Working Style
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine pride in the quality of your work
- Able to think conceptually and execute with precision
- Open to feedback and motivated to grow quickly under senior guidance
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects without losing quality
- Collaborative, communicative and easy to work with
- Curious and open to learning new tools and approaches
Nice to Have
- Exposure to basic motion or video support
- Familiarity with environmental, packaging or experiential design
- Interest in emerging creative tools and formats
What We Offer
- 15 days of vacation annually (pro-rated).
- Competitive compensation.
- Hybrid work model (3 mandatory in-office days/week).
- Extra paid stat holidays.
- Bike-to-work incentive program.
- A supportive environment where creatives can grow and lead.
Our Commitment
TTL is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to building an inclusive team. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and identities. If you require accommodations during the hiring process, just let us know.
