As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you’ll help customers successfully transition from signed agreement to live deployment. You’ll lead onboarding activities, keep projects on track, and ensure customers feel supported every step of the way.
This position sits at the center of a function that is actively evolving. You’ll work closely with our leadership team as we continue to shape and mature Customer Success at Pontosense. As you grow, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to how we design our customer journey, refine processes, and build scalable systems
What you’ll do:
- Lead customer kickoff calls and manage onboarding timelines from start to go-live
- Track milestones and ensure all documentation, technical steps, and internal handoffs are completed on time
- Support and continuously improve the post-sales customer experience
- Maintain accurate CRM data and provide clear internal status updates
- Ensure Sales, Product, and Engineering remain aligned on next steps
- Identify risks early and escalate with context and proposed solutions
- Conduct structured check-ins and monitor account health throughout implementation
- Actively refine onboarding playbooks and templates based on real customer feedback and execution learnings
- identifying friction points and help improve internal workflows by proposing practical solutions
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Coordination, Project Coordination, or similar client-facing role
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
- Clear, professional communicator
- Experience with CRM tools (Bonus points for HubSpot!)
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify gaps and suggest practical improvements
- Interest in process improvement and building scalable ways of working
- Comfortable operating in a growing team where structure is still evolving
- Desire to grow into greater ownership and strategic responsibility over time
