Alphapoint is seeking an analytical and results-driven Junior Software Engineer to design, develop and deploy ML models.
This role will be 100% Remote.
Jr. Software Engineer Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Python and relevant libraries (PyTorch, scikit-learn, NumPy, etc.).
- Maintain ML pipelines and infrastructure on AWS (ECS, Sagemaker, etc.)
- Deploy prototypes to AWS for testing and validation
- Write clean and well-documented code
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify the most efficient way of tackling a problem
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
- Hands-on experience with ML libraries such as scikit-learn and PyTorch
- Solid understanding of statistics
- Experience with Large Language Models
