· Overall 10- 12 years of experience with atleast 5 years of experience working in Integration platforms using jBPM, Drools and other Redhat products.
· Experience in Spring, Web Services, Java, J2EE, JMS and Design Patterns
· Good Communication skills
· Should have vision on accelerators/solutions
